Pakistan has a basic infrastructure in place. However, it has to be upgraded & brought at international level for optimal productivity. It will be extremely expensive to start new projects from scratch. Most cost-effective approach is to refurbish existing infrastructure revising policies & organisational functioning to address burning issues that have plagued the nation at the consumer level.
