What is PUSH?

A strategic institution to build the solid framework of the Pakistan of Jinnah conforming to the basic principles of Islamic democracy outlined by Jinnah 72 years ago.

Who Runs PUSH?

PUSH is organised & managed by a pool of trustees who overlook the work of the members & ensure that all research paperwork is based upon principles of truth & justice & it does not clash with the basic principles of this institution. This board of trustees is selected based upon their merit & their contribution towards Pakistan.

How dose PUSH work?

PUSH enrolls members from all walks of life & requests them to contribute their opinions & ideas. It plans to have a presence in every institution of Pakistan. It has membership drive to enroll local youth at institutional level. All research & content is edited by a few officers who are in the administrative section to ensure it conforms with the standards outlined in PUSH’s basic ideology. All data is screened for authenticity before being published online.

Our Goals for 2019 to 2023

Refurbish existing infrastructure

Pakistan has a basic infrastructure in place. However, it has to be upgraded & brought at international level for optimal productivity. It will be extremely expensive to start new projects from scratch. Most cost-effective approach is to refurbish existing infrastructure revising policies & organisational functioning to address burning issues that have plagued the nation at the consumer level.

Centralisation of NGOs

Pakistan is a land of charities. Pakistanis are reluctant to pay taxes but are generous in donating charity. However, most of the NGOs are duplicating efforts in some fields neglecting the others. This has created a big void leading to exploitation scandals by beneficiaries & abandonment of basic needs of the masses. There may be many NGOs working on ambulance services but very few to address the water crisis of Karachi. So, while there are 3-4 ambulance drivers available for every patient in Karachi, there are many areas in Karachi where clean water is a luxury. This must be resolved. We intend to centralise all NGO efforts through a common portal that directs them to the most needed zones of the countries giving them guidance on what is needed & how it can be achieved without wasting any money on unnecessary overheads.

Cost-effective Innovation

Pakistan is the land of inventors. However, these innovators do not get opportunities within Pakistan. We will create a portal through which best minds will be able to engineer their innovative breakthrough inventions practically in various institutions all while they are studying at various institutions of Pakistan. This will create a competition amongst the youth to devise newer modalities & earn them a living as soon as they graduate.

Educate EveryONE

PUSH intends to bring Pakistan’s literacy rate to 100% by creating an online drive all over Pakistan providing resources & tools to engage the masses & linking them to virtual academic centres of excellence.

Integrate Research & Development wings at all levels

One of the worst hiccups we have in Pakistan is that we have smart brains who do not produce smart research in Pakistan. Instead, they produce it only when they go a broad & join an international institution. Without research & development, we cannot change Pakistan. Our goal is to ensure active world-class research at every institution & corporation of Pakistan.

Health for all

We have BHUs, THQs, DHQs with sub-standard performance. We have a grave health crisis. PUSH plans to create a mentoring system independent of NGOs & government that assesses various healthcare facilities all over the country & publishes its report yearly. For centers requiring work, PUSH will also give a comprehensive plan to the local government & NGOs sector with recommendations that will guarantee results.

1. MEETING

Everything starts with an initial meeting. Meeting the complainants & the relevant staff. Observing issues, listening to complaints & concerns & drafting a report is where it all starts.

2. PLANNING

Once a concern report is drafted, our analytical team visits the area or the department & devises a strategic plan to effectively address the concern & replace it with a healthier option.

3. EXECUTE

After the plan is written & approved by the board, it is executed by involving the relevant departments.

4. TESTING

After initial testing for 1 month under our supervision & another review by our board, the plan is ready for eventual delivery

5. DELIVERY

We give any plan a grace period of 6 months to deliver its results. After 6 months, the plan is officially declared as completed if desired results are accomplished.
